COVID-19 Temple reopening Disclaimer:

By entering these premises or registering for any services, I on behalf of myself and any minor child/children I bring to the Temple, agree to the below:

All persons visiting the Hindu Temple of Las Vegas acknowledge and understand the contagious nature of Coronavirus/Covid-19. I further acknowledge that the Hindu Society of Las Vegas Nevada DBA Hindu Temple of Las Vegas ("Temple") has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of Coronavirus/Covid-19. 

I further acknowledge that the Temple cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19 disease when participating in the services/darshans offered by the Temple. Fully understanding the risks, I acknowledge and assume the risk of infection with COVID 19 arising from my being on the Temple premises and participating in any services/darshans offered by the Temple. I am following all CDC recommended guidelines relating to Covid-19. I acknowledge that the CDC guidelines may be modified and updated from time to time and I accept full responsibility for familiarizing myself with the most recent updates.

I voluntarily seek services/darshans provided by the Temple and hereby release and hereby release, waive, discharge from the Temple, its trustees, board members, priests, employees, executive committee members, volunteers (the "Releasees") from any liability related to COVID 19 which might occur as a result of any act or failure to act by the Releasees and related to my being on the Temple premises and participating in the services/darshans. I shall indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from against any and all claims, demands, suits, judgments, losses or expenses of any nature (including without limitation, attorneys' fees, costs, and disbursements), arising out of or relating to, directly or indirectly, the infection of COVID 10 or any other illness or injury relating to my participation in the services/darshan offered by the Temple. It is my express intent, that this waiver shall bind my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives. 

This liability waiver and release extends to all the trustees, board members, employees, executive committee members, and volunteers of the Temple.
