The following changes to the food program at the Temple will take effect January 1, 2011.

1. All communication related to sponsorship of food should be directed to the
“Food Committee”.
2. Sponsors of the food program will write a check to “The Hindu Temple of Las Vegas” in
the amount of $250 (tax deductible). All sponsors will receive 1 Archana coupon to be
used anytime. Food sponsors will be used for all Sundays and the 1st Saturday of every
month.
3. The food for all Sunday’s will be cooked at the Temple by volunteers. There will NO
CHARGE for food served on Sunday’s and the 1st Saturday of the month.
4. The food served during special occasions at the Temple will be charged $5/adult and
$3/child with no charge for children under 5.
5. There will be no food served at the Temple on 3 day weekends, major holiday weekends and
some other seasonal sundays during the year when there are not many devotees visiting the
Temple.
6. Devotees wishing to use the Temple facilities for any function will pay the usual $250.00 fee
and they can bring their own food arrangements to be served at the Temple.
